Changed your mind? You can return your calendar within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unopened, with every door still sealed, in its original packaging. Contact us to start your return; we'll refund you once it's received.

Damaged or broken items

If your calendar or a charm arrives damaged, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it for free.

Opened calendars

Opened calendars can't be returned, unless your order includes the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
